After being missing for six months, Max Rebo has been declared dead. He was only 93 years old at the time.
Singer-songwriter Maxwell P. Rebo was a beloved member of society, writing famous songs such as “Starlight Serenade” and “Galactic Dance Blast.” He was also involved with Louis Armstrong, helping write “What A Wonderful World.”
A short investigation after discovering the dead celebrity revealed that since last September, he was going to every single resort in the world, staying completely hidden for a week before moving on to the next resort. He was found in a closet of Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa located in Oahu, Hawaii. His body found under 43 empty bottles of Mountain Dew White Out, 28 cans of various brands of beer, and a half eaten peppermint pretzel. The cause of death was found to be acute fluid intoxication.
Sources close to Max Rebo, who have chosen to remain anonymous, have reported their despair at his death. One person has reacted in a bittersweet way, saying “hell of a way to go, though, right? This isn’t the first time he drank that much Dew. It’s fitting for him. He died an honourable death.”
This news is shocking the world. There has already been about a possible tribute concert. Hozier has offered to sing “Starlight Serenade” at such a concert, with much support behind this offer.
Bill Nye, popularly known as Bill Nye the Science Guy, has said “Of course I’d love to give a speech at the beginning of such a concert. He was such a caring and silly guy. My short time filming with him really showed me what it means to be human.”
